An online survey was conducted to determine the willingness to share knowledge and teamwork behavior of teachers in Shandong universities based on convenience sampling. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS to undertake a descriptive analysis, difference analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. 摘要

团队合作是推动教育创新实现共同目标的关键。加入职称作为背景变量,根据公平启发式理论提出并检验了本研究的假设。采用方便抽样法,对山东高校教师的知识分享意愿和团队合作行为进行了调查。采用SPSS软件对收集到的数据进行描述性分析、差异分析、相关分析和层次回归分析。860份已完成的问卷显示,不同职称对教师知识分享意愿的影响有显著差异,教师知识分享意愿对其团队合作行为有显著的正向影响。
