This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The study population was 110 people who were employees at the BBPVP Bandung City office. By using the slovin formula, the number of samples obtained from this pattern is 64 employees with a research confidence level of 90%. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Testing or data analysis using SPSS V23. The analytical method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and simple linear regression test. From all the tests carried out, the results obtained were that there was a role for LSP in improving the quality of human resources in information and communication technology vocational schools at BBPVP Bandung city.

摘要

本研究旨在确定专业认证机构(LSP)在提高万隆BBPVP信息通信技术职业学校人力资源管理质量中的作用。本研究采用定量方法进行。研究对象是BBPVP万隆市办事处的110名员工。通过使用slovin公式,从该模式中得到的样本数量为64名员工,研究置信水平为90%。数据收集采用问卷调查方式进行。使用SPSS V23进行测试或数据分析。分析方法采用效度检验、信度检验、经典假设检验和简单线性回归检验。从所进行的所有测试中,获得的结果是,LSP在提高万隆市BBPVP信息通信技术职业学校人力资源质量方面发挥了作用。 关键词:专业认证机构,人力资源质量,信息通信技术
