摘要

在轨道交通车辆数字化改造过程中,生产线设备的数字化是一项重要内容。本文从生产线设备全生命周期业务出发,对现有生产线设备指标体系进行改进,提出了生产线设备数据采集模型,描述了设备画像,提出了基于设备指标模型的综合评价体系,并进一步探索了基于多模型集成的生产线设备数字孪生体系结构。提高轨道交通车辆制造生产线设备数字化水平。
