The results show that students of different school years, those who always attended public schools, those who were at the campus of Araranguá, those who intend to follow a career in their field of study, and mainly those intending to take college entrance exams, have different expectations and perceptions of the course quality. The present study concluded that taking the college entrance exam is the characteristic most strongly related to different levels of expectation and perception. 摘要

本研究的目的是利用SERVQUAL量表分析参加综合技术课程的学生的特征与他们的期望和看法之间的关系。根据Servqual量表改编的版本,对两个城市的学生进行了问卷调查。对五名学生进行了预测,最终样本有249名受访者。数据分析采用描述性统计和多元回归分析技术。结果表明,不同学年的学生,一直就读于公立学校的学生,在araranguangaacute校园的学生,打算在他们的研究领域从事职业的学生,主要是打算参加高考的学生,对课程质量有不同的期望和看法。本研究的结论是,参加高考是与不同水平的期望和感知最密切相关的特征。然而,结果部分不同于修订后的文献。
