Leadership Variables do not influence Motivation and Job Satisfaction. Organizational Culture influences variable Job Satisfaction, but Organizational Culture does not affect Motivation. Motivational Variables influence Job Satisfaction. 摘要

研究报告通过动机分析了工作环境、领导和组织文化对工作满意度的影响。2022年7月,对所有136名员工进行了数据收集。30份问卷用于检验效度和信度,其余96份问卷用于计算多元线性回归。对两个子结构进行模型可行性检验,部分检验采用t检验,间接影响采用Sobel检验。分析结果表明,工作环境变量对激励变量有影响,但对员工满意度没有影响。领导变量不影响动机和工作满意度。组织文化影响可变的工作满意度,但组织文化不影响工作动机。动机变量影响工作满意度。在间接关系中,这三个变量可以直接影响内生变量。
