摘要

像BERT这样的预训练语言模型的微调已经成为一种有效的NLP方法,并在许多下游任务中产生最先进的结果。目前关于BERT适应新任务的研究主要集中在修改模型结构、重新设计预训练任务以及利用外部数据和知识等方面。微调策略本身还有待充分探索。本文利用自系综和自蒸馏两种有效的机制改进了BERT的微调。在文本分类和自然语言推理任务上的实验表明,我们提出的方法可以显著提高BERT的自适应能力,而不需要任何外部数据或知识。
