摘要

本研究旨在探讨诚信与专业精神对员工工作效率的影响。对于这种类型的研究,它是定量的。同时,采用的抽样技术为山内公式。员工总数为69人。结果表明:(1)诚信和敬业对员工工作效率的影响显著(0.768,76.8%);(2)诚信变量对员工工作生产率的影响偏显著(0.646或64.6%)。(3)敬业精神对员工工作效率的影响显著,分别为0.498或49.8%。
