Productivity is a comparison between the results of an employee's work with the sacrifices that have been spent. Increasing work productivity is possible only by humans. Therefore labor is an important factor in measuring productivity. Age and length of service are factors that are directly related to work productivity. Age and length of service felt by employees can reduce productivity or increase employee work productivity. This study was conducted at the Ibnu Sina Bukittinggi Islamic Hospital, aiming to determine the effect of age and working period on employee work productivity. The data collection used in this study was by using questionnaires. The population in the study was 212 employees of the Ibn Sina Bukittinggi Islamic Hospital. In this study using quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. As independent variables, namely age and length of work, while dependent variables are labor productivity. The results of the data analysis obtained that the variables of age and length of service have a positive effect on work productivity, this can be seen from the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination R2 (R square) showing that the percentage of contribution of the influence of independent variables (Age and Working Period) is 33.1% on the work productivity of employees of Ibnu Sina Bukittinggi Islamic Hospital.

Children as Indonesian citizens have the right to live a decent life and fulfill their needs and interests. The needs and interests of Indonesian children are regulated in the Regulation of the State Minister for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection No. 12 of 2011. As an effort to carry out the Minister of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection No. 12 of 2011, the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta built child-friendly integrated public spaces (RPTRA) in several areas of Jakarta. According to Governor Regulation Number 123 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for the Management and Needs of Child-friendly Integrated Public Spaces and Infrastructure, it is stated that child-friendly integrated public spaces, hereinafter abbreviated as RPTRA, are places and/or open spaces that combine activities and activities of residents by implementing 10 (ten ) Main Program for Family Empowerment and Welfare, to integrate with the Child Friendly City program. Now more than 300 RPTRAs have been built in DKI Jakarta. The RPTRA which is built on a park adds to the problem, because there are no criteria and standards that regulate the design of the RPTRA, so the various facilities and elements in the RTPRA have not been specifically designed for children, and may even be dangerous for children. Qualitative research methods are used to determine the implementation of RPTRA as a child-friendly space, especially at RPTRA Mawar Duri Kosambi West Jakarta.

Geographical conditions of the lowlands, resulting in North Musi Rawas Regency (Muratara) as an area prone to flooding. Handling this, the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Muratara Regency is authorized to carry out disaster management tasks, including flood disaster mitigation as a prevention effort to reduce potential losses due to future disasters. This study aims to analyze the implementation and constraints of the performance management of BPBD Muratara Regency in flood disaster mitigation in Muratara Regency. The results showed that the performance management of BPBD Muratara in flood disaster mitigation with four stages, namely determining approaches, policies, strategies and flood disaster mitigation activities, has not been well implemented. This can be seen by the fact that there are no programs and activities focused on reducing disaster risk, lack of facilities and infrastructure, not maximizing human resource training activities, lack of expert / civil servants, unavailability of Early Warning System (EWS) and not maximizing coordination and collaboration between stakeholders. In addition, there are also obstacles encountered such as the absence of a Disaster Management Plan (RPB). RPB is very much needed in flood disaster mitigation. Handling this, the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Muratara Regency is authorized to carry out disaster management tasks, including flood disaster mitigation as a prevention effort to reduce potential losses due to future disasters. This study aims to analyze the implementation and constraints of the performance management of BPBD Muratara Regency in flood disaster mitigation in Muratara Regency. The results showed that the performance management of BPBD Muratara in flood disaster mitigation with four stages, namely determining approaches, policies, strategies and flood disaster mitigation activities, has not been well implemented. This can be seen by the fact that there are no programs and activities focused on reducing disaster risk, lack of facilities and infrastructure, not maximizing human resource training activities, lack of expert / civil servants, unavailability of Early Warning System (EWS) and not maximizing coordination and collaboration between stakeholders. In addition, there are also obstacles encountered such as the absence of a Disaster Management Plan (RPB). RPB is very much needed in flood disaster mitigation. Because it contains disaster risk assessments, contingency plans, budgets, programs/activities, coordination and collaboration between stakeholders involved.","PeriodicalId":500883,"journal":{"name":"PUBLICNESS Journal of Public Administration studies","volume":"474 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136025729","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
