This paper contributes to the pertinent literature by demonstrating that cross-scalar tension is inherent to the nature of global production networks, and unreconciled tension concerning different corporate strategies on technological transfer, localization and product development could lead to decoupling. 摘要

本文探讨了在汽车生产网络中,后发企业如何通过与全球领先企业的战略耦合实现产业升级。本文以中国南方的广州汽车集团股份有限公司为例,从理论上将 "跨尺度张力 "作为一个关键因素,以解释为什么主导企业、同一国内企业和国家之间的四个战略耦合案例会产生不同的结果,从脱钩到与本地升级的可持续耦合。本文通过证明跨尺度张力是全球生产网络的固有性质,以及在技术转让、本地化和产品开发方面不同企业战略之间的不协调张力可能导致脱钩,为相关文献做出了贡献。重要的是,主导企业与国内企业在企业战略上的良好协调与匹配可以缓解跨尺度紧张关系,从而促进当地产业升级和可持续战略耦合。
