Coaches play an important role in providing a safe and healthy environment for taekwondo practice. They must have the necessary competencies and implement appropriate prevention measures. This article proposes a model for healthy and safe sports pedagogical practice for taekwondo training. The model includes three main aspects: Prevention of sports injuries: it consists of several measures such as: appropriate equipment, proper warm-up and stretching, gradual increase in workload, individualized approach to athletes, training of coaches for injury prevention; Adequate response to crises: includes an action plan for natural disasters, acts of terrorism and other emergencies; Prevention and adequate intervention of violence, bullying, and aggressive behavior: includes training coaches to recognize and deal with violence, bullying, and aggressive behavior, creating a safe and positive environment for athletes.
