The survey of 283 early childhood teachers revealed a significant positive correlation between the early childhood teachers\" CIPBC and the OC of early childhood education institutions. Moreover, the results of the stepwised regression analysis indicated that the level of OC at an individual level and the professional skill of early childhood teachers are the most critical factors that affect their CIPBC. The outcomes suggest that it is crucial to enhance the professional skills of teachers individually to improve their CIPBC.
