The study thoroughly examines the advantages and disadvantages of decriminalizing narcotics, analyzing its potential impact on drug consumption. Finally, the researcher proposes the implementation of a gradual and partial systematic plan within Jordanian legislation to address the growing trend of drug decriminalization.
