From June to July, 2019, the 329 early childhood teachers working at the early childhood education institutions in Busan and Gyeongnam, South Korea, were the subjects of this study. A correlation analysis and step-by-step multiple regression analysis were conducted with SPSS 23.0 for analyzing the collected data.
 The main results of this study are as follows. First, the early childhood teachers' sensitivities have a positive relation with the job satisfaction excluding work loads. The working environment have a positive correlation with the sensitivity in all sub-factors. Second, it was shown that the early childhood teachers' job satisfaction and working environment affect the sensitivity. In terms of explanation power, it was shown total 30% including 28% for the job satisfaction and 2% for the working environment. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨幼儿教师工作满意度和工作环境对敏感性的影响。2019年6月至7月,在韩国釜山和庆南的幼儿教育机构工作的329名幼儿教师作为本研究的对象。采用SPSS 23.0软件对收集的数据进行相关分析和逐步多元回归分析。 本研究的主要结果如下:第一,幼儿教师敏感性与工作满意度存在显著正相关,但不包括工作负荷。工作环境与各子因子的敏感性均呈正相关。其次,幼儿教师的工作满意度和工作环境对敏感性有影响。在解释力方面,总体为30%,其中工作满意度为28%,工作环境为2%。因此,需要提高幼儿教师的工作满意度,并提供适当的工作环境,以提高幼儿教师的敏感性。
