摘要

本研究旨在研究航空服务系课程质量与空乘人员感知工作自信和工作适应之间的关系。对航空服务专业的机组人员共进行了299份问卷调查。分析结果表明,在六种课程素质中,形象塑造、通用航空服务、航空安全、外语教育对空乘人员感知工作信心有显著影响,而机上服务和演讲演讲教育对空乘人员感知工作信心没有影响。研究还发现,空乘人员感知的工作自信对工作适应有显著影响。因此,本研究在此基础上讨论了实际意义,并提出了后续研究的方向。
