Impact of Municipal Districts’ Budgetary Provision on the Sustainability of the Agro-Industrial Complex Development in Kemerovo region – Kuzbass

The article proposes and implements the quantitative assessment method for measuring the connection between sustainability of the agro-industrial complex development and the municipal districts’ budgetary provision in the Kemerovo region – Kuzbass. The goal is to determine the level of budget indicators impact on the sustainability of the agro-industrial complex development. The budget indicators are mathematically compared with the indicators of 4 fundamental components of sustainable development of the agro-industrial complex. The method is intended for researchers solving the problems of regulating socio-economic development at the local level and at the level of the Federation subject; for authorities of the Russian Federation subjects and municipal authorities for making managerial decisions. The results can serve as a foundation for assessing the level of the agro-industrial complex sustainable development in the municipal districts of the region.
