摘要

本研究旨在以组织承诺为中介变量,确认并重新检视组织文化与讲师胜任力对讲师绩效的影响。这项研究的对象是61位讲师。采用有目的抽样的方法选取样本,共获得45人。研究假设使用路径分析与SmartPLS 3.2.9版应用程序进行检验。研究结果表明,组织文化对组织承诺和讲师绩效有显著影响。讲师能力对组织承诺有显著影响,但对讲师绩效没有显著影响。同样,组织承诺对讲师绩效也没有显著影响,组织承诺也不能中介组织文化和讲师胜任力对讲师绩效的影响。
