In Act I, Black women faculty revealed experiences with Anti-Blackness and colorism surrounding their HSIs. Act II revealed a need for mentoring. In Act III, Black and Asian women faculty shared feeling the onus was placed upon them to build cultural competence on their HSI campuses.
