Data analysis used the t test at a significance level of 5%. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定基于阶梯训练的方法对足球运动员运球能力的影响。本研究采用的方法为实验法,设计“一组前测后测设计”,选取10-12岁参加PS Pas FC并积极参与培训活动的人群,即多达30人,采用的抽样技术为饱和抽样技术,所用样本为部分人群,共计15人。本研究的数据采集技术采用运球试验。根据对盘带测试的研究分析结果,有一个差异,即PS Pas FC 10-12岁组足球运动员的盘带测试结果存在显著差异,平均结果为24.2547秒。最终测试(后测)成绩提高23.4827秒。数据分析采用显著性水平为5%的t检验。结果表明:(1)阶梯训练对10 ~ 12岁儿童运球能力有显著影响,t数为7.987>2.145,显著值为0.001 <0.05。
