Власть и экспертное сообщество в процессе выработки приоритетов государственной научно-технической политики: анализ лучших практик взаимодействия

The authors analyze the existing forms of interaction between state authorities and the expert community in the framework of the formation of priorities for the state scientific and technical policy. The study is based on an expert survey of representatives of the scientific community, public organizations, as well as federal and regional government bodies responsible for the formation and implementation of state science and technology policy. The particular relevance of this article is determined by the fact that at present the Russian Federation is at a stage of uncertainty due to the imposition of sanctions and the creation of a negative image of our country by a number of states. It can create an unfavorable environment within the country, in particular in the scientific and educational sphere.
