Indonesia recorded a patient safety incident rate of 23.5%, so interprofessionalcollaboration is necessary to minimize this condition.Objective: This study aims to identify the experience of health workers in improvingpatient safety in hospitals through interprofessional collaboration. The method in this studyis a qualitative design with an interpretive descriptive approach.Methods: The method in this study is a qualitative design with an interpretive descriptiveapproach. The method in this study is qualitative with a descriptive-interpretative approachdesign. 摘要
