Data obtained from medical records were analyzed using the Spearman's Rank testResults: Research on patients with mental disorders at the Aceh Mental Hospital in 2021shows that the COVID-19 treatment period 14 days is mostly found in the adult age groupand the COVID-19 treatment period ≥ 14 days is mostly found in the pre-elderly age group.In the gender group, the COVID-19 treatment period 14 days and ≥ 14 days, the malegroup was more than the female group.Conclusion: It was concluded that there was a significant influence between age and themass of COVID-19 treatment with a p value = 0.000 (p ≤0.05) and there was no significantinfluence between gender and the COVID-19 treatment period with p = 0.082 (p0.05). 摘要

前言:COVID-19可以感染从儿童到老年人的任何人,并且不排除在精神障碍患者中发生的可能性。目的:本研究旨在确定年龄和性别与亚齐精神病院精神障碍患者COVID-19治疗期的关系。方法材料:该类型研究采用观察性分析,采用横断面设计,共有106名受试者。结果:对亚齐精神病院2021年精神障碍患者的研究表明,COVID-19治疗期为14天的患者多见于成年年龄组,治疗期≥14天的患者多见于老年前期年龄组。在性别组中,治疗期14天和≥14天,男性组多于女性组。结论:年龄与新冠肺炎治疗人数有显著影响,p值= 0.000 (p≤0.05);性别与新冠肺炎治疗时间无显著影响,p值= 0.082 (p0.05)。这项研究建议进一步研究,特别是对已接种COVID-19疫苗的精神障碍患者。
