Conclusion Applying surface sealant decreases both micro-hardness and surface roughness. The bleaching procedures significantly affect the surface roughness, but not the micro-hardness. 摘要目的研究不同表面密封剂和两种漂白方案对体积填充复合树脂显微硬度和表面粗糙度的影响。材料与方法采用体积填充复合树脂制备120个直径为5 mm、厚度为4 mm的试样。将标本再分为1组(n= 60)和2组(n= 60), 1组使用Fortify表面密封胶,2组(n= 60)只进行表面处理和抛光。分别在办公室和家中进行漂白,测定漂白前后的显微硬度和表面粗糙度。统计学分析采用学生t检验和配对检验。结果1组在漂白前后硬度值均低于2组,漂白方法不同。应用表面密封剂和不同的漂白方案导致表面粗糙度的显著差异(p <0.001)。结论应用表面密封胶可降低表面显微硬度和粗糙度。漂白过程对表面粗糙度有显著影响,但对显微硬度没有影响。临床意义表面密封胶通过降低表面显微硬度,可以提高非受力区块体填充复合材料的表面粗糙度。
