The procedure has high specificity, good reproducibility with RSD < 5% and the detection limit for lead LOD = 0.087 ppb, equal to 0.015 ppb for cadmium. Quantitative limit for lead LOQ = 0.290 ppb, for cadmium LOQ = 0.049 ppb. 摘要

本研究旨在建立并验证地黄根茎中铅和镉的原子吸收光谱定量方法。研究结果表明,铅、镉浓度与吸光度之间存在较强的线性相关性,铅的函数形式为Y = 0.0138X + 0.1131, r = 0.9998;镉的函数形式为Y = 0.1027X - 0.0037, r = 0.9999。该方法特异性高,重现性好,RSD <5%,铅的检出限LOD = 0.087 ppb,镉的检出限为0.015 ppb。铅的定量限为0.290 ppb,镉的定量限为0.049 ppb。本方法适用于地黄19品种块根中铅和镉的定量测定。
