摘要

采用人肿瘤克隆实验评价了人头颈部肿瘤的化学敏感性。8例头颈部肿瘤中,舌、龈、上颌窦、咽等鳞状细胞癌7例,上颌窦恶性纤维组织细胞瘤(MFH) 1例,采用BLM、CDDP、5-FU、MMC 4种抗癌药物。8个肿瘤中有5个成功评估了敏感性。除MFH外,BLM阳性率为100% (3/3),CDDP阳性率为25% (1/4),5-FU阳性率为33%(1/3)。这些结果与最近的临床实验结果相似,除了CDDP。
