摘要

基于学习成果的培训与考核是提高本科教育教与学质量的必然趋势。教师培训计划中的教育学导论课程的学习成果是:教育学知识、计划技能、沟通和团队合作技能、纪律训练和教师行为。在此基础上,设计评估工具包以匹配课程学习成果(CLO)。课程以项目为基础的学习和实践经验的形式在幼儿园、小学或中学组织。最初的实施显示了学习者在学习中的主动性和积极性,通过课程开始时公布的一套评估标准了解要达到的要求水平,帮助学习者形成未来的职业能力。
