According to these results, it can be concluded that a leader in an educational institution must be able to follow all aspects of digital development, so that there are no stages left behind in any aspect. A leader in an educational institution is a factor in the success or failure of an educational institution. 摘要

本研究探讨5.0时代校长的领导角色。本研究采用定性研究方法,重点分析以词汇形式呈现的描述性数据,这些数据当然是观察到的。研究者使用正式的研究对象和材料。在本研究中,形式对象以数据的形式出现,而在物质对象中,形式对象以数据中的源的形式出现。根据这些结果,可以得出结论,教育机构的领导者必须能够跟上数字化发展的各个方面,这样任何方面都不会落下任何阶段。教育机构的领导者是决定教育机构成败的一个因素。因此,这可以作为一种手段,通过使用越来越快的技术来促进进步。
