The purpose of this study was to examine the Impact of Workplace Conflict on Employees’ Performance in Commercial Banks of Nepal. The variables included in the study were the relationship conflict, task conflict, and process conflict were independent variable and employee performance was dependent variable. A survey research design using questionnaire method on 5-point Likert scale was used to collect. The study was conducted with the sample size of 170 and the data were analysed through the use of descriptive statistics, correlation, regression, t-test and multi-collinearity test using SPSS software. The findings of the study have a R square value of 0.626 meaning that 62.6% of the variation in the dependent variable is explained by the independent variables while 37.4% is explained by other variables outside the model and also showed that there is a strong positive correlation between the dependent variable and the set of independent variables. 摘要

研究发现,员工绩效是影响组织工作场所冲突的基本因素。本研究的目的是研究尼泊尔商业银行工作场所冲突对员工绩效的影响。其中关系冲突、任务冲突和过程冲突为自变量,员工绩效为因变量。采用李克特5分制问卷调查法进行调查研究设计。本研究样本量为170例,使用SPSS软件对数据进行描述性统计、相关、回归、t检验和多重共线性检验。研究结果的R平方值为0.626,这意味着62.6%的因变量变异是由自变量解释的,37.4%是由模型外的其他变量解释的,也表明因变量与自变量集之间存在很强的正相关关系。结果表明,RC、TC、PC对EP有显著影响。
