This study is a correlational study by taking samples of employees of the Administration at SMK Negeri 1 Semendawai Tribe III. The data collection method uses survey methods and data analysis uses multiple regression analysis. 摘要
本研究旨在探讨工作满意度和组织承诺对组织公民行为的影响。本研究以SMK Negeri 1 Semendawai Tribe III的行政部门雇员为样本,进行相关性研究。数据收集方法采用调查法,数据分析采用多元回归分析。本研究发现,工作满意度变量对组织公民行为有正向显著影响,而组织承诺变量对组织公民行为无显著影响。关键词:工作满意度,组织承诺,组织公民行为
