In this report, we examined the effect of diglyceride on phospholipase A2 activities in macrophage plasma membrane. PI-phospholipase A2 and PC-phospholipase A2 activities were stimulated by the addition of diglyceride. In contrast, PE-phospholipase A2 was not affected by diglyceride addition.
