摘要

本研究的目的是检验、描述和分析:a)动机(X1)与绩效(Y)之间的关系;b)纪律(X2)与绩效(Y)的关系;c)动机(X1)和纪律(X2)对绩效(Y)的同步关系;d)动机(X1)对绩效(Y)的影响;e)纪律(X2)对绩效(Y)的影响;f)动机(X1)和纪律(X2)同时对北苏拉威西省区域教育服务公务员(PNS)绩效(Y)的影响。本研究采用定量研究方法,以95名公务员为样本。数据通过李克特量表问卷获得。研究结果表明:1)北苏拉威西省区域教育办公室的员工激励与纪律之间存在显著的关系;2)北苏拉威西省区域教育办公室对员工激励和纪律有显著影响;3)动机(X1)和纪律(X2)对绩效(Y)的共同贡献为34.6%;4)绩效变量(Y)的方差会受到动机变量(X1)和纪律变量(X2)方差的共同影响;5)动机(X1)对绩效(Y)和纪律(X2)对绩效(Y)分别有显著影响;6)纪律变量(X2)对绩效变量(Y)的影响大于动机变量(X1)。
