The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating role of intrinsic motivation on the relationship between inclusive leadership and job crafting. Simple random sampling method was used in the research. 252 employees willing to participate in the survey from 69 different businesses working in Konya Organized Industrial Zone 1 constituted the sample of the research. The survey technique was used as the data collection technique and data were collected by face-to-face interview method. The total of 252 survey was analyzed through the AMOS-22 and SPSS 27.0 program. As a result of the analysis inclusive leadership has a positive effect on job crafting and intrinsic motivation, and intrinsic motivation has a partial mediator effect on the relationship between inclusive leadership and job crafting. This indicates that when the mediator variable is included in the model, the effect of inclusive leadership on job crafting decreases but does not disappear.

The COVID-19 pandemic significantly impacted various sectors, including the residential property market, which saw a reduction in sales across all housing categories—small, medium, and large (Bank Indonesia, 2020). This study was designed to assess the enhancement of sales competencies in property marketing during the transition to a new normal. Utilizing a qualitative approach with a systematic literature review, the research aimed to address the growing need to elevate the skills of salespersons in this field. Key competencies highlighted as essential included: entrepreneurial spirit; effective, honest, authentic, and integrity-based communication; expert negotiation skills; and versatility in strategy adaptation. Furthermore, the study detailed the comprehensive skill set necessary for property marketing professionals, encompassing the ability to manage consumer grievances; provide guidance on both legal and non-legal aspects of property transactions; demonstrate advanced negotiation capabilities; engage in precise targeting and marketing planning; perform accurate property valuations; deliver outstanding service; and support clients throughout the entire property buying and selling process.

Service quality and customers’ repurchase intention are essential in the restaurants’ successful operation. Thus, this measured the service quality of a local restaurant in a highly urbanized city in Central Philippines in responsive/assurance, empathy/equity, reliability, and tangibility relative to the types of services. Likewise, it determined their repurchase intention in customer satisfaction, customer trust, commitment, and perceived value. Using the descriptive design, this was responded by conveniently sampled 157 customers aged 18 years old and above who had actual dining experience in the restaurant from August to October 2023. It employed the adopted service quality instrument and validated and reliability-tested repurchase intention questionnaire. The data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. Also, this adhered to the Philippine Health Research Ethics Board (PHREB) guidelines. Generally, most were dine-in customers. They rated the quality of service higher than buffet and catering customers. Moreover, empathy, reliability, and tangibility were very high across customer types. Meanwhile, high customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions were evident among dine-in customers. With this, their exceptional dine-in experience highlights the importance of maintaining high standards in the restaurant’s service quality. Hence, consistent service quality and customer-centric approaches are crucially recommended in enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repurchase intentions across all service types.

This study investigated the effectiveness of Integrated Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) as a supplementary intervention for individuals with depressive symptoms in the Philippines. The study employed an A-B Single Case - Multiple-subject Comparative Design with three female participants diagnosed with depression. The intervention, administered by an Internationally Certified Master Practitioner of NLP, utilized various NLP techniques, including the Meta Model, reframing, anchoring, Timeline Therapy®, and hypnotherapy, over four weekly sessions. The Hopkins Symptom Checklist (HSCL) and the Automatic Thoughts Questionnaire (ATQ-30) were used to assess changes in depressive symptoms before and after the intervention. The results showed significant reductions in depressive symptoms across all participants, particularly in areas related to negative self-concept, negative expectations, and low self-esteem. The study highlights the potential of Integrated-NLP as a supplementary intervention for individuals with depression, emphasizing the importance of personalized approaches and further research in this field. The findings contribute to the limited literature on NLP's clinical application in the Philippines and offer valuable insights for mental health practitioners seeking alternative or complementary interventions for depression.

One of the duties of the State University (PTN) Public Body is to establish an Information and Documentation Management Official (PPID) as stipulated in Law Number 14 of 2008. The objective is to secure the right of citizens to know public policy planning, public policy programs, the process of public decision-making, reasons for making decisions, as well as documentation about its legal products. On the other hand, the Legal Documentation and Information Network (JDIH) is regulated in Presidential Regulation Number 33 of 2012. One of its functions is to ensure the establishment of a unified and integrated system for managing legal documentation and information across various government agencies and other institutions. In carrying out their functions, PPID and JDIH of state universities with a legal entity (PTN-BH) often experience conflicts of interest in terms of human resources and scope, which causes the ineffective performance of PPID and JDIH of PTN-BH. Therefore, it is essential to harmonize the execution of their duties to optimize the objectives of establishing PPID and JDIH, specifically to achieve transparency in public information. This research uses a qualitative research methodology which refers to descriptive research analytics. The data was collected through observation, interviews, documentation, literature studies, and statutory regulations and then analyzed through data reduction techniques, data presentation, and verification/conclusion.

Comorbid Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) pose significant clinical challenges due to their complex and intertwined symptoms. This study examined the effectiveness of integrative biopsychosocial therapy in treating these conditions in a female participant, aiming to improve anxiety, depression, sleep disturbance, and overall psychological well-being. Using an experimental approach, an ABA single-subject reversal design was employed. The participant received tailored integrative biopsychosocial therapy and data were analyzed visually. Initially symptomatic of MDD and PTSD, the participant showed improvements in mood regulation, relational indicators, and cognitive functioning during the intervention. Quantitative data indicated substantial reductions in anxiety, depression, and sleep disturbance, confirming the therapy's effectiveness. However, PTSD symptoms showed variability, indicating the need for ongoing support. The study highlights the safety and effectiveness of integrative biopsychosocial therapy in enhancing mood, relational stability, and cognitive function in individuals with comorbid depression and PTSD. Future research should address sample diversity, extend baseline periods, and tailor PTSD interventions to optimize outcomes and expand evidence-based practices. Limitations include the small sample size and the need for longer-term follow-up to assess sustained effects. The intricacy of treating trauma and the variability in PTSD symptoms require further investigation. This study informs clinicians and researchers about the effectiveness of integrative biopsychosocial therapy, emphasizing the importance of addressing biological and psychosocial factors in treatment planning for comorbid depression and PTSD.

In this article we will analyze historical data to see how people perceived the utility and the risks associated with technological development in the past, such as the development of forging metal, the making of the wheel, the invention of the press or the engine. We will also analyze some more modern examples and we will end up talking about some recent technologies and what advantages and disadvantages they would present for modern society.

The contracts which are used by companies and investors to be careful of the risk or speculation of business are called future contracts & delayed contracts. Future & delayed contracts are considered as a good instance of etymological belongings that extract their values from the underlying belongings. A future contract is a unified legitimate deal to buy or sell something at a predetermined price and at a specific time in the future. The traded belonging is mostly a commodity or financial tool. The price which is pre-determined earlier and at which both parties are agreed upon (i.e. to buy and sell the belonging) is known as the delayed price. The specific time in the future is known as the delivery date which means when delivery and payment occur. The contracts which are negotiated on futures exchanges act as a market between buyers and sellers. The person who buys the contract is known as the holder of a long position and the person who sells the contract is known as the holder of the short position. A futures contract for stocks is a cash-settled future contract on the value of a particular stock market index. Future contracts for stocks are defined as one of the high-risk trading tools in the market. Future contracts for Stock market indicator are also used as indicators to determine market sentiment.

In this article, we explore the phenomenon of loss aversion within the domain of behavioral economics, emphasizing the different perceptions individuals hold toward losses and gains. Loss aversion, a concept present in psychological literature, delineates why individuals manifest more intense emotional and psychological responses to losses than to gains of similar magnitude. By integrating contemporary research and empirical evidence, this study utilizes thematic analysis and narrative review to investigate the cognitive and affective processes that underlie loss aversion. This approach provides a theoretical understanding of how these processes affect decision-making and behavioral patterns. Furthermore, the study investigates the behavioral manifestations associated with both positive and negative outcomes within the context of loss aversion. This narrative review not only enhances our comprehension of human decision-making mechanisms but also presents insights with implications for both theoretical frameworks and practical interventions.

Objectives: address the lack of specialized courses in user interface (UI) design for mobile applications in Jordanian universities' visual communication design curriculum. Develop an experimental educational syllabus for teaching UI mobile application design to visual communication design students in Jordanian universities. Methods: Four parts were used to structure the research: an introduction, the UI process, case studies and best practices, and a final project. Introduction: Basics of UI and UX Design. UI Process: theory, practice, tools, and publishing. Case Studies and Best Practices: Focus on medical UI mobile app design, including a UI checklist tool. Final Project: Students use free materials to present their work and review their projects with the class. Results:. The newly developed syllabus addresses the educational needs in UI mobile app design for visual communication design students. It emphasizes the importance of involving experts and practitioners in the design process. The syllabus provides comprehensive coverage of UI/UX design, practical tools, case studies, and project-based learning. Conclusions: The developed syllabus fills a critical gap in the visual communication design curriculum of Jordanian universities. It enhances students' knowledge and skills in UI mobile app design, better preparing them for the demands of the industry. The involvement of experts and practitioners is essential in creating effective educational programs in rapidly developing fields like mobile app design.
