This paper discusses how to complete the hydraulic design of Francis turbine runner blades according to the given parameters. In hydraulic design of Francis turbine runner, firstly, the structural scheme is determined according to the given parameters. On the basis of referring to excellent hydraulic model, a Francis turbine runner blade is designed according to the given head. By analyzing and calculating the data, the geometric parameters and axial projection of the Francis turbine runner flow channel are determined, and the axial flow network is drawn and checked, so as to complete the calculation of axial vortex line and blade drawing. 摘要

混流式水轮机是水电站中应用最广泛的水轮机,其流道叶片的水力设计直接影响机组的效率。本文讨论了如何根据给定的参数完成混流式水轮机转轮叶片的水力设计。在混流式水轮机转轮水力设计中,首先根据给定的参数确定结构方案。在参考优秀水力学模型的基础上,根据给定水头设计了混流式水轮机转轮叶片。通过对数据的分析计算,确定了混流式水轮机转轮流道的几何参数和轴向投影,绘制并校核了轴向流动网络,从而完成了轴向涡线和叶片拉伸的计算。最后,采用一定的增厚原理对翼型进行增厚。
