For a long time, the governance strategy of corruption crimes in private enterprises has been mainly based on norms and ignoring facts, which may lead to poor governance of related crimes. In terms of the governance of corruption crimes within private enterprises, the characteristics of enterprise management mode, organizational structure, and form of power distribution are ignored, which may limit the protective function of the criminal law, and even cause problems such as excessive involvement of the criminal law and abuse of rights. In terms of bribery prevention, failure to fully consider the complex forms of bribery may lead to those enterprises and their households that are still worth saving may be mired in litigation, which will further lead to negative social effects. Based on the complex reality of China's private enterprises, a localized and comprehensive corruption crime governance strategy should be put forward from the perspective of enterprises and their households.

Using the method of meta-analysis to explore the relationship between physical exercise and subjective well-being, after searching and screening, as of December 2023, a total of 534 subject-related literature was searched, and 46 articles were included in the literature, with 38,291 subjects, which were analyzed by the random-effects model selected from the results of the test of homogeneity, and the study found that: there is a certain degree of positive correlation between physical exercise and subjective well-being (r=0.269, 95% CI = [0.222, 0.313]), and the instrument for measuring subjective well-being can significantly affect the relationship, but the age and gender of the subjects do not have a significant effect on the two. The results of the study demonstrated a positive relationship between physical exercise and subjective well-being, supporting the goal orientation theory. A wider range of studies such as experimental studies should be included in the future to test the relationship.

This paper primarily studies the application of power electronics technology in renewable energy systems. Firstly, it introduces the current development status and challenges of renewable energy, then focuses on the application of power electronics technology in wind power generation systems, solar power generation systems, and other renewable energy systems. Through the analysis of related literature and case studies, the important role of power electronics technology in improving the efficiency, stability, and reliability of renewable energy systems is summarized. In wind power generation systems, power electronics technology improves generation efficiency through variable speed control and power regulation and plays a crucial role in grid connection and fault protection. In solar power generation systems, power electronics technology is mainly reflected in photovoltaic inverters and Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technology, effectively improving solar energy utilization and system stability. This study offers a feminist/post-structuralist reading of Susan Glaspell’s “Trifles”. It addresses man/woman binary opposition, not by taking the existence of one to mean the absence of the other, but in terms of looking at each side of the binary opposition as having a multiplicity of identifications that require various opposition models. In particular, it pays attention to the post/structuralist view of opposition as a societal construct that does not exist in objective reality, and therefore, could be challenged, dismantled and rectified. The study seeks to analyze Glaspell’s “Trifles” in the light of a quotation from Klages (2011) in which he uses the theatre seating arrangement as a metaphor for woman’s position in the male/female gender binary. Also, In “Trifles”, the patriarchal constructs underlying the judicial conventions have been confronted and the nature of criminality has been redefined when the women in the story repudiate the passivity foisted on them by engaging in a series of domestic feminine details that finally lead to the unraveling of the mystery of the crime. The study sheds light on the feminist rejection of patriarchy, and it concludes with the postulation that the time has come to incorporate the feminine perspective and female settings in the legal investigative tradition.

Chapter 16 of the Indian Criminal Code has a section on "Rape", which is mainly distributed in articles 375 and 376, of which Article 375 is mainly about the basic composition of the crime of rape, and Article 376 is mainly about the basic circumstances of the crime of rape and the special circumstances of the crime of rape and its statutory punishment. There are many similarities and differences between the provisions of rape crime in Indian Penal Code and that of rape crime in China. The research on the relevant laws and regulations of Indian Penal Code is also conducive to the improvement of relevant laws and regulations in China. The provisions of the Indian Penal Code on rape have distinct characteristics, among which there are obvious advantages in the expression of the provisions and the response to special circumstances. There are some problems to be improved in the identification standard, sentencing standard and legislative concept of rape crime. This paper delves into the development of highway tourism in ethnic minority regions, examining routes such as the Tacheng, Duku, and Nenmo highway tours. It evaluates the existing state and distinctive features of these tours, identifies developmental challenges, and proposes strategies for optimizing spatial distribution, enhancing promotion of ethnic uniqueness, strategic route planning, and encouraging ethnic integration.
