The lichenicolous genus Arthophacopsis Hafellner (Arthoniales) from India
The new species Arthophacopsis zhurbenkoi is described here, which has been colonizing the thallus of Heterodermia dissecta. Additionally, Arthophacopsis heterodermiae, a species not previously recorded in India, colonizing the thallus of Heterodermia sp. and Polyblastidium dendriticum is reported for the first time from the country.
