The project originated from the initiative of the Faculty of Architecture at Poznań University of Technology and represents a response to the United Nations' call for achieving sustainable development goals through multilateral partnerships. The article highlights the achievements of the scientific research team in the project's inaugural year and introduces the practical application of the Triple Helix model. This conceptual framework advocates for collaboration among three primary” actors”: the academic, public, and private sectors. Using EDIT Poznań as a case study, the benefits and challenges facing stakeholders.
