Migraine models were constructed by nitroglycerin (NTG) induction or mechanical stimulus-induced cortical spreading depression (CSD) in rats. Multivariate analysis was used for metabolomic analysis. Compared with control group, NTG migraine group had 1 different metabolite up-regulated and 14 down-regulated. Compared with NTG migraine group, 13 differential metabolites in the CSD migraine model group were up-regulated and 12 were down-regulated.
