The construction and improvement of the highway network is a product of social industrialization and urbanization development. Land resources are non renewable resources. Land conservation is a major strategic issue related to the development of the entire national economy and social stability. The per capita land area in China is only one-third of the world's per capita, and the per capita arable land area is less than 43% of the world's per capita. Under the macro control policy of land tightening implemented by the country, the rational and economical use of land is related to the sustainable development of highway construction. Among them, interchanges have obvious characteristics of centralized and high consumption in terms of land occupation, making them a \"major user\" of land for the construction of highway sub projects. 摘要

本文主要以国内某改造项目为例,分析其区域现状,提出土地空间复合利用的主要策略,并列出相关项目规划流程。高速公路网的建设和完善是社会工业化和城市化发展的产物。土地资源是不可再生资源。节约用地是关系到整个国民经济发展和社会稳定的重大战略问题。我国人均土地面积仅为世界人均土地面积的 1/3,人均耕地面积不到世界人均耕地面积的 43%。在国家实施土地紧缩的宏观调控政策下,土地的合理节约利用关系到公路建设的可持续发展。其中,互通立交在占地方面具有明显的集中性和高消耗的特点,成为公路子项目建设用地的 "大户"。合理利用土地是节约公路建设用地的重要环节,值得研究和探索。
