The study was conducted in Hawa Gelan District, Kellem Wollega of Western Oromia national regional state, Ethiopia to assess trends, challenges and opportunities of honeybee production and marketing systems. Structured questionnaire was employed for the study. The cross-sectional study design were carried out by using desk research, interviews, surveys and visual observation as methods in seeking answer to research questions. Purposive (district), simple random (Peasant Associations) and Census (beekeepers) sampling techniques were employed to select 96 beekeepers from two Peasant Associations. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS version 20. In the study area, three types of honeybee production practices were identified, namely: Traditional, Intermediate and Movable frame hive honeybee production practices. The result shows most 69.79 % of beekeepers in the study area have owned only traditional bee hives. As a result the average annual honey produced per households was very low which estimated 93 kg in 2015. The average amount of honey harvested /hive/year from traditional hive, transitional hive and modern hive were 4.32±0.042kg, 9.83±1.05kg and 14.2±2.52kg respectively. The mean yields obtained from the three hives were statistically significant at (p < 0.05). From the beekeepers (64.6%) and (59.3%) have declared that deceasing trend of honey production and colony number from time to time respectively. Honey marketing participants were consumers (35%), retailers and consumers (31%), retailers (24%) and collectors (7.5%). The most important constraints, as beekeepers responded in their order of sequence were pests and predators (41.30%), poisoning of agro-chemicals (23.60%), high cost of modern hives and accessories (11.20%), shortage of bee forages (9.40%), low quality of honey products (7.20%), Poor infrastructure development (5.30%) and other factors (2.0%) were identified respectively. Despite of these, there are also future opportunities like presence of huge number of bee colonies (32.5%), availability of diverse vegetation plants and ample sources of water (21.70%), increasing demand of local honey (17.65%), presence of good government policy (9.0%) and others factors (19.15%). Further study is required to characterize honey bees of the area, quality of honey, major pests, predators and disease of economic importance. However, improving honey bee production techniques is important.

The rule of law is a civilized order, and the concept of the rule of law has been widely accepted by people. The relationship between the rule of law and morality has always been a difficult issue in the theory of rule of law. This article combs the historical origins of modern rule of law, summarizes the main contents of modern rule of law, and analyzes the moral dimension of modern rule of law. In the construction of the rule of law in China, we should be particularly vigilant about the risks of the separation of the rule of law from morality.

Since the reform and opening up more than 30 years ago, Shanghai has witnessed rapid development of economic and continuous acceleration of urbanization and continuous growth of building area. However, the number of migrants has decreased over the same period, which is inconsistent with previous studies that show that population affects land demand and floor space. In this paper, panel data of each district of Shanghai from 2014 to 2018 are selected and the panel vector autoregression model (PVAR model) is constructed to analyze the dynamic relationship between the building area growth of each district of Shanghai, the immigrant population and the economic growth. The results show that : (a)There is no long‐term equilibrium relationship between the growth of Shanghai's floor area and the migration of foreign population. (b) The construction area growth in Shanghai can affect the regional GDP growth to a certain extent. (c) The migration of migrants into Shanghai has a certain effect on the economic growth of Shanghai.

In the context of the universal two‐child policy, breastfeeding facilities in public places play a significant role in improving the overall performance of public facilities. However, most cities in China fail to pay due attention to breastfeeding facilities ‐ a key indicator of city quality‐ in urban areas. The supply/demand imbalance grows even more prominent due to the lack of clear planning method and design standards and basis. The author, by analyzing the travel patterns of mothers and infants and the availability of facilities, discusses the relationship between archetypical Homo‐Urbanicus and archetypical human settlements based on the Homo‐Urbanicus theory, and proposes the facility supply mode of “subdivision, contact, match”. Meanwhile, the author has taken Suzhou City as an empirical case to discuss the supply strategy of “demand‐oriented and classified supply, localized and targeted supply, and planning and implementation via the means of zoning and collaborative governance.

The compaction of roadbed and pavement in highway engineering is an important process in the entire pavement construction. Adequate compaction of the roadbed and pavement structural layer is an important condition to ensure the strength of the roadbed and pavement, which is related to the quality of the entire construction and the service life after it is put into operation. If the compaction construction quality does not meet the standards, it will not only affect the actual application and durability of the project, but also increase traffic risks in highway applications. Therefore, attention must be paid to the compaction quality of the roadbed and pavement during construction. To achieve this, construction enterprises and personnel should strive to improve compaction technology and management level based on the specific situation of the construction site and local natural and geological conditions, and use relevant technical measures in a targeted manner. Only in this way can the overall quality of highway engineering be ensured. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct relevant research on the technical measures for compaction construction of roadbed and pavement in highway engineering.

This article mainly takes a domestic renovation project as an example to analyze its regional status, propose the main strategies for land spatial composite utilization, and list the relevant project planning processes. The construction and improvement of the highway network is a product of social industrialization and urbanization development. Land resources are non renewable resources. Land conservation is a major strategic issue related to the development of the entire national economy and social stability. The per capita land area in China is only one-third of the world's per capita, and the per capita arable land area is less than 43% of the world's per capita. Under the macro control policy of land tightening implemented by the country, the rational and economical use of land is related to the sustainable development of highway construction. Among them, interchanges have obvious characteristics of centralized and high consumption in terms of land occupation, making them a "major user" of land for the construction of highway sub projects. The rational use of land is an important link in saving land for highway construction, which is worth studying and exploring.
