Analisis Postur Tubuh pada Pekerja dengan Metode Rapid Entire Body Assissment (REBA) pada CV SP Aluminium Yogyakarta

Abstrak. CV SP ALUMINIUM YOGYAKARTA merupakan perusahaan pembuat produk rumah tangga seperti peralatan dapur. Perusahaan ini memiliki beberapa tahap proses produksi pada setiap stasiun kerja di mana karyawan bekerja setiap hari di lantai dengan posisi jongkok dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Terdapat tujuh stasiun kerja yaitu stasiun kerja pembuatan pola, pencetakan pola, perakitan pola, pengamplasan, pemolesan, dan pemasangan aksesoris. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai risiko pada postur kerja operator dan mengusulkan dan perbaikan pada stasiun kerja yang sangat berisiko. Metode yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) berdasarkan penilaian nordic questionaire. Metode ini menilai posisi tubuh operator saat bekerja yang berpotensi mengakibatkan masalah di punggung, pinggang, pinggul, tangan kanan dan kaki. Hasil pengumpulan serta pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa operator berisiko tinggi mengalami cedera dengan sistem kerja aktual berdasarkan REBA, dengan risiko tertinggi yaitu pada stasiun kerja pemasangan aksesoris dengan skor REBA 9 untuk bagian kiri dan 8 untuk bagian kanan. Solusi untuk pencegahan risiko musculoskeletal disorder pada pekerja perlu segera adanya perbaikan seperti penggunaan back support, karena aktivitas pekerja banyak melibatkan tulang punggung sebagai poros badan. Oleh sebab itu, penggunaan back support memiliki fungsi untuk memperbaiki postur tubuh yang salah supaya bentuk  tulang belakang tetap normal serta mengurangi beban pada pundak, punggung, dan perut.   Abstract. CV SP ALUMINUM YOGYAKARTA is a company that makes household products such as kitchen utensils. This company has several stages of the production process at each workstation where employees work every day on the floor in a squatting position for long periods of time. There are seven workstations, namely pattern making, pattern printing, pattern assembly, sanding, polishing and accessories installation. This research aims to determine the risk value of operator work postures and propose and improve workstations that are very risky. The method applied in this research is the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method, based on the Nordic Questionnaire assessment. This method assesses the operator's body position when working which has the potential to cause problems in the back, waist, hips, right hand, and feet. The results of data collection and processing show that operators are at high risk of injury with the actual work system based on REBA, with the highest risk being at the accessories installation workstation with a REBA score of 9 for the left side and 8 for the right side. Solutions to prevent the risk of musculoskeletal disorders in workers require immediate improvement, such as the use of back support, because many workers' activities involve the spine as the body's axis. Therefore, the use of back support has the function of correcting incorrect body posture so that the shape of the spine remains normal and reduces the burden on the shoulders, back and abdomen.
