Semen ejaculate characters were optimal at 11-12 months of age with almost stable body weight and scrotal biometry. 摘要

体重、睾丸生长和精子生成之间的相互作用是影响青春期开始和性成熟的关键因素。本实验旨在研究黑孟加拉雄鹿青春期前后睾丸生物测量和精液参数的变化。研究对象为四个月龄的黑孟加拉雄性公鹿(n=8)。体重和阴囊生物测量参数随着年龄的增长而明显增加。从 4.5 月龄的雄鹿身上采集到的首次射精大多含有未成熟的精子细胞,但从 6 月龄开始就能采集到含有足够数量成熟活动精子细胞的精液射精。在 11-12 月龄时,精液特征达到最佳,体重和阴囊生物测量值基本稳定。基于上述事实,可以得出结论:孟加拉雄鹿在 5-6 个月大时进入青春期,在 11-12 个月大时达到性成熟。
