摘要

淀粉样蛋白是胰腺细胞与胰岛素一起分泌的一种肽类激素。 作为一种向大脑发出特定信号的神经内分泌激素,淀粉样蛋白对维持新陈代谢的平衡至关重要。本研究的目的是确定淀粉样蛋白作为甲状腺功能减退症诊断标志物的作用。 120 份样本被分为两组(80 名甲减患者)和第二组(40 名健康人)。数据显示,与对照组相比,甲状腺功能减退症组的淀粉酶水平明显升高(p < 0.001)。伊拉克甲减患者的淀粉样蛋白水平升高。淀粉样蛋白是甲状腺功能减退症的良好诊断指标,其最准确、最灵敏的临界值为51。
