Within an industry that places significant emphasis on safety and accuracy, this study utilizes a qualitative case study methodology to evaluate the performance of ChatGPT. The observations demonstrated that ChatGPT shows exceptional competence in conforming to conventional aviation phraseology throughout several flight stages, ranging from ground clearances to landing, by using role-play situations.
