Numerous studies have been conducted in the field of leadership to explore the relationship between leadership quality and service quality. This research utilized a comparative literature approach. The findings of this study reveal that the implementation of servant leadership significantly influences service quality, even when considering various moderation and mediation factors within a conceptual model. However, it is important to note that, due to the comparative literature approach, the data collected did not come from primary sources related to the research subject.
