The appropriateness aspects of the developed product consist of content, language, and design. Regarding to theoretical validation by the expert, the average score was 3.7 in interval 3 ≤ X ≤ 3.9 which was considered ‘very good’. In terms for empirical validation, the product was categorized as ‘excellent’ by the teacher with the average score 4.3 in interval 4 ≤ X ≤ 5. The developed product was categorized as ‘appropriate’ after the third implementation by the students. From the teacher’s interview, the students had positive attitudes to the product and their knowledge towards intercultural competences was considered positive.

This research aims to determine the influence of: (1) students' perceptions about the role of teachers guidance and counseling towards subjective well-being high school students in Ambon City. This study used a quantitative approach to the type of survey research. The minimum number of samples according to Isaac and Michael with a population of 10,661 is 264. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling with a sample of 314 students. The data collection technique used a scale, namely scale of students' perceptions about the role of guidance and counseling teachers, and scale of subjective well-being. The data were analyzed using path analysis, which had previously carried out various assumption tests, namely the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The research results show that (1), there is a significant positive influence on students' perceptions of the role of guidance and counseling teachers' subjective well-being with a coefficient of 0.287

This study aims to explain the formation and reasons for the use of slang language of Pendalungan teenagers in Jember Regency. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The research data is in the form of words from Javanese and Madurese acculturation that contain slang language forms and spoken by teenagers in daily communication. Data collection used observation technique supported by listen-engage-note technique. The data analysis technique used is the commensurate (padan) method and the agih method. Based on the results of this study, there are four categories of slang variation formation in terms of morphological formation, namely: (1) Abbreviations, such as the abbreviation LA and the acronym Kardiman. (2) New Words, such as cungucui, pacapa, crème, and tompes. (3) Reduplication, such as ya megaya, and rep sekarep. (4) Inserts, such as cellepnya and ngabesnya. The reasons for using slang consist of five reasons, namely (1) familiarity, (2) solid and concrete, (3) user creativity, (4) group recognition, and (5) enriching vocabulary. The conclusion of the research findings shows the formation of slang language by absorbing Javanese and Madurese as well as new words that are different from the original language. Pendalungan teenagers in Jember district dominantly use slang language which is mixed with Javanese, Madurese, and Indonesian daily language.

The theory of the cycle of money without escaping savings is about the distribution of money and the ideal case that there are not any non-return savings. Then, mentioned the importance of the appropriate tax policy. Therefore, this work has determined that the tax policies are in connection with the savings of the companies of controlled and uncontrolled transactions. The appropriate tax policy should apply higher taxes to companies that substitute the economic activities of smaller companies. These companies destroy the structure and the functionality of the economy because the reuse and distribution of money declined. These companies are companies that sell more than one product or service substituting multiple smaller companies. The current analysis has applied the Q.E. method and its econometric approach.

Corporate crime in the investment sector with the use of trading robots in Indonesia is a serious challenge in facing the development of financial technology. This research aims to investigate this phenomenon, analyze patterns of corporate crime related to trading robots, and explore its impact on the Indonesian capital market. Data was obtained through literature study and case analysis using a qualitative approach. The research results highlight various corporate criminal practices, such as market manipulation and investor fraud, which are made easier by the use of trading robots. Factors such as lack of proper regulation and technological complexity are the main triggers for increasing the risk of corporate crime in investing with trading robots. The implications of this research include the need to increase regulators' and stakeholders' awareness of these potential risks, as well as increasing legal protection for investors and capital market security. Thus, this research contributes to a better understanding of the dynamics of corporate crime in the field of investment with trading robots in Indonesia and provides a basis for developing more effective policies to overcome this challenge.

This research aimed to achieve three primary objectives: (1) develop multiple learning objects incorporating the Pancasila student profile for history learning, (2) enhance the dynamism of the teaching and learning process through vibrant media featuring engaging colors and symbols, and (3) assess the validity of the material, media, and language employed. The research employed the research and development (R&D) approach, utilizing the ADDIE model for systematic development. The study focused on students in class X.10 at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya, employing data collection methods such as interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the research revealed the following validity scores for the multiple learning objects containing the Pancasila student profile in history learning: poster media expert validation at 81.81%, videos at 70%, and history dominoes at 51.42%. Additionally, material expert validation reached 89.41%, and language expert validation was at 75.55%. Notably, the incorporation of media demonstrated a positive impact on student learning outcomes, contributing to a significant increase of 31.51%.

The independent curriculum is a new breakthrough from the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia that aims to empower education units and teachers in developing students' potential, including 21st century skills (Kemdikbud, 2021). So that we can also formulate the objectives in this study to determine the level of teacher understanding of the concepts and policies of the independent curriculum in their respective schools and the extent to which teachers apply reflection in evaluating planning, processes, and learning outcomes based on the independent curriculum. The benefits of this study, the researcher hopes to provide a comprehensive picture of the extent to which teachers have implemented reflection and a critical approach in implementing the independent curriculum and then identify the obstacles, constraints, and real needs of teachers related to reflective practice in the independent curriculum. The interview results indicate that there are still variations in the level of teachers' understanding of the Merdeka Curriculum concept. Teacher A explained that he had broadly understood that Merdeka Curriculum aims to empower teachers to develop students' potential through the application of 21st century skills and independence values. However, how to translate it into concrete learning activities is still confusing. Meanwhile, Teachers B and C even stated that the socialization provided had not provided adequate understanding, it was still theoretical and difficult to apply. Teachers' understanding of the concept of Merdeka Curriculum is still limited and partial. Most teachers only understand in outline, but have difficulty applying it concretely in learning.

The article analyzes the transformational processes under the influence of universal democratic values (human rights and freedoms, pluralism, justice, democracy, democratic political governance) in the political mentality of ethnic Uzbeks, who make up the majority of the population, on the example of Uzbekistan, one of the post–communist young independent states of Central Asia. Adoption of democratic laws is not enough for the political transformation of society. The democratic political transformation in the spiritual life of the society cannot be achieved without changing the communist values that have been forcefully instilled in the human mind by the communist political regime for 70 years, without completely removing them from the life of the person and the society. Today, the post–Soviet Uzbek society is undergoing a complex and difficult process of spiritual transformation.
