The aim of the study is to build a model of the quality management process in projects in the form of Petri nets, as well as to develop the author’s system of criteria for assessing the quality of the project, adequate to global changes – the reversal of supply chains from West to East and the priority of the development of own production within the framework of the import substitution policy and ensuring Russia’s technological sovereignty. The research methods were formalization and modeling, which allow reflecting the logic of the links between the processes of implementing a quality management system in projects. National standards served as a conceptual basis. As a result, a logical-information model in IDEF0 notation was built, a discrete-event model based on Petri nets was developed and functionally described, including the main stages of quality management in projects, appli-cable in the conditions of automation of production and quality control of projects, processes, results. The mod-el can be integrated into corporate information systems as an additional module. 文章强调了在项目中建立质量管理体系的主要规定。研究的目的是以 Petri 网的形式建立一个项目质量管理过程模型,并制定作者的项目质量评估标准体系,以适应全球变化--供应链从西方到东方的逆转,以及在进口替代政策和确保俄罗斯技术主权的框架内优先发展本国生产。研究方法是形式化和模型化,这可以反映项目中实施质量管理体系过程之间的逻辑联系。国家标准是概念基础。因此,建立了 IDEF0 符号的逻辑信息模型,开发了基于 Petri 网的离散事件模型,并对其进行了功能描述,包括项目质量管理的主要阶段、生产自动化条件下的适用性以及项目、过程和结果的质量控制。该模型可作为附加模块集成到企业信息系统中。提出了一套独特的项目质量评估指标,涵盖项目各阶段的进口替代、生产本地化、工程人员配备、数字化、可持续发展等方面。
