Design/methodology/approach This paper explores the process of CCIs contributing to regional innovation and assesses the accumulated outcome of this process. Findings The authors conclude that CCIs contribute to a city’s innovation involving five dimensions (time, space, tangible, intangible and division) and four phases (people, tool, collaboration and brokerage) and the contributions are accumulated into positive innovation outcome; however, a highly developed economy is relatively unsupportive of CCIs contributing to regional innovation. 目的 本文旨在了解文化与创意产业（CCIs）如何促进地区创新。 设计/方法/途径 本文探讨了文化创意产业促进地区创新的过程，并评估了这一过程的累积成果。 研究结果 作者得出结论认为，CCI 对城市创新的贡献涉及五个维度（时间、空间、有形、无形和分工）和四个阶段（人员、工具、合作和中介），这些贡献会累积成积极的创新成果；然而，高度发达的经济相对不支持 CCI 对区域创新做出贡献。 原创性/价值 作者的主要贡献在于：作者详细配置了 CCI 对区域创新的贡献过程；作者利用波特钻石模型和香农熵构建了 CCI 指数，定量衡量了 CCI 对区域创新的影响。
