The significance of effective communication skills in the contemporary society cannot be overstated. Consequently, educational institutions in Vietnam consistently emphasize the cultivation of communication skills among students through a plethora of dynamic and engaging activities, encompassing both scholastic and recreational pursuits. This paper delves into the existing landscape, offering an evaluation of the accomplished strides, while also addressing the persisting constraints within the domain of communication skills education via playful methodologies, specifically focusing on primary schools within select districts of Hanoi city.
