A High Temperature Lithium-Oxygen/Air Fuel Cell Formulation 高温锂氧/空气燃料电池配方

The formulation presented in this paper has been developed for the design and performance analysis of a high temperature lithium/oxygen or air fuel cell. The formulation predicts the cell open-circuit voltage (EMF), thermodynamic efficiency; the lithium (fuel) fractional conversion and formation of the solid product (di-lithium monoxide) as a function of the cell operational time; the net cell-mass increase rate at a constant cell current; and the ratio of (the net cell-mass increase rate) to (its electric power delivery to an external electric load) as a function of the cell temperature. The numerical data calculated from the formulation predicts a decrease in the cell open-circuit voltage with an increase in the cell temperature. The cell open-circuit voltage is larger at 5bar than that at 1bar with air being the cell oxidant source over the temperature range of 298.15-1100 K. The cell ideal thermodynamic efficiency decreases with an increase in the cell operational temperature from about 94 to 77% over the temperature range mentioned above. Also, the ratio of [(the net cell-mass increase rate) to (the cell electric power delivery to an external electric load)] increases with an increase in the cell operational temperature. Finally, it is recommended that a physical system of the type sketched in Figure 1 be built for the acquisition of the open-circuit cell voltage as well as the operational cell voltage data for the constant cell current levels at the isothermal and isobaric conditions to validate the predictions of the presented formulation.

The Impact of a Strong Electromagnetic Wave on the Quantum Hall Effect in Cylindrical Quantum Wires 强电磁波对圆柱形量子线量子霍尔效应的影响

The impact of strong electromagnetic waves Hall effect is studied theoretically in a Cylindrical Quantum Wire (CQW) with infinitely high potential inside the wire and elsewhere subjected to a dc electric field , a magnetic field and a laser radiation . By using the quantum kinetic equation method for electrons interacting with Acoustic Phonon (AP) at low temperatures, we obtain analytical expressions for the conductivity tensor and the Hall Coefficient (HC), which are different from in comparison to those obtained for a rectangular quantum wire (RQW) or two-dimensional (2D) electron systems. Numerical calculations are also applied for GaAs/GaAsAl CQW to show the nonlinear dependence of the HC on the electromagnetic wave (EMW) frequency, and the radius, the length characteristic parameters of CQW. Wave function and energy spectrum in a CQW are dissiminar to those in Quantum Wires (QWs). Therefore, all numerical results are different from those in the case of QWs. The most important result is that the HC reaches saturation as the radius, the length of CQW or the EMW frequency increases.

This study explores the medicinal potential of indigenous herbs in Southeast Asia. They are categorized herbs based on their flavor, taxonomy, and plant part, with an emphasis on their wide-ranging applications. The discussion focuses on five key herbs: Tongkat Ali, Misai Kucing, Hempedu Bumi, Kacip Fatimah, and Limau Purut, all of which are renowned for their specific therapeutic benefits. While these herbs offer promising medicinal properties, precautions must be exercised due to the potential for adverse effects and interactions. The findings of previous research shed light on the rich medicinal heritage of local herbs, providing valuable insights for future studies and pharmaceutical development. This review comprehensively discusses both the benefits and precautions associated with the use of local herbs.

Youths’s Emotional Intelligence at Softenmind Psychological Support Company, Ho Chi Minh City 胡志明市 Softenmind 心理支持公司的青少年情商研究

Emotional intelligence is the intelligence that demonstrates a correct understanding of emotions and the ability to handle one's own emotions and to empathize and share with others.Emotional intelligence is significant in the development process of young people, because they are an important human resource for the country in the future. Research results on the level and expression of emotional intelligence of young people at Softenmind company, Ho Chi Minh City using the emotional intelligence scale of D.V. Lyusin. Research results show that 43.1% of young people have a very low level of emotional intelligence, only 3.9% have a very high level. From the above results, the study proposes a number of measures to improve Emotional intelligence for young people at Softenmind company.

High Temperature Solid Oxide Electrolyte Fuel Cell Formulation: Non-Steady State Utilization of Fuel and Oxidant 高温固体氧化物电解质燃料电池配方:燃料和氧化剂的非稳态利用

The formulation presented in this paper was developed with the objective of its application to investigate the transient behavior of a high temperature solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC); especially with respect to the non-steady state consumption of fuel and oxidant reactants. Specifically, the chemical species transient amounts, their mole fractions, and total pressures in the cell anode-side fuel- (hydrogen) and cathode-side oxidant- (oxygen of the air) chambers can be predicted under the isothermal condition at a fixed cell-current level. The developed formulation is also capable of predicting the transient mole fraction profiles of fuel (hydrogen) and oxidant (oxygen) in the cell porous anode and cathode, respectively; thus, providing insight into the reactant species' effective transport and their utilization, via electrochemical reactions, in the cell porous electrodes. The presented formulation can be adapted for any fuel and oxidant combinations in any high temperature SOFC.

Libman–Sacks (LS) endocarditis is one of the most common cardiac manifestations of both systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and the antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). We report a case of mitral valve replacement for mitral regurgitation (MR) caused by Libman-Sacks endocarditis in young patient with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). In conclusion, Although typically mild and asymptomatic, the disease can lead to serious complications, including superimposed bacterial endocarditis, thromboembolic events, and severe valvular regurgitation and/or stenosis requiring surgery.

Mitral Regurgitation in Unpublished Mitral Lesions in Cutis Laxa: Case Report and Review of the Literature 切口松弛症未证实的二尖瓣病变中的二尖瓣反流:病例报告和文献综述

Congenital mitral regurgitation (BMI), a rare disease, is defined as any left ventriculo auricular regurgitation due to dysplasia of the congenital mitral valve. It is accompanied by some degree of relative stenosis, and frequently associated with other malformations. Curtis Laxa is a skin disease, either acquired or hereditary, with autosomal and sexual transmission. Redundant skin is often most visible on the neck, hands and groin, but can also be seen on the face, creating an appearance of premature aging. It is associated with severe systemic involvement in some forms. We report a case of severe mitral regurgitation associated with valvular damage in a patient being treated for hereditary Cutis Laxa with other associated systemic damage.

Introduction: Therapeutic patient education (TPE) helps individuals suffering from chronic illnesses to become capable of managing their disease, produce health benefits, and make financial savings. However, many healthcare providers lack the necessary abilities to educate their patients. Objective and method: In this study, we aim to answer the following research question: Does therapeutic patient education influence the retention of people living with HIV (PLHIV) within the healthcare area of Emana? In doing so, we wanted to verify the hypothesis that therapeutic patient education influences the retention of PLHIV within the healthcare area of Emana. Results: The context plays an essential role in understanding and assimilating new information, encompassing both the physical environment and the social, cultural, and psychological elements that influence the learner; The development of psychosocial skills becomes crucial as a person's ability to maintain mental well-being by adopting appropriate and positive behavior in relationships with others, their own culture, and their environment; A strong sense of self-efficacy can have significant benefits in various situations, including the belief in one's ability to achieve goals and overcome obstacles; and information alone is not sufficient to help patients manage their illness on a daily basis. Conclusion: Our study allows us to note that learning the practice of TPE influences the retention of PLHIV within the healthcare area of Emana; and that the role of healthcare actors in practice influences the retention of PLHIV within the healthcare area of Emana.

Optimization of Emergency Epidemic Prevention Material Reserve and Supply System of Shanxi Province in China: Based on Anylogic Simulation 中国山西省应急防疫物资储备与供应系统优化:基于 Anylogic 仿真

Due to the randomness and uncertainty of epidemic occurrence, there are insufficient emergency supplies and low efficiency of transportation equipment in Shanxi Province. In order to meet the needs of materials in Shanxi Province, it is urgently necessary to establish a reserve and supply system with perfect facilities and equipment. According to the geographical location of 11 prefecture-level cities in Shanxi Province and the actual situation of transportation equipment, this paper simulates the location of warehouse construction in each city. Through simulation modeling, the emergency epidemic prevention materials reserve and supply system of prefecture-level cities in Shanxi Province was simulated under the epidemic situation. The research idea of "simulation-analysis-optimization-summary" was defined, and the AnyLogic software was used to simulate and analyze the emergency epidemic prevention materials reserve and supply system of the whole Shanxi Province. Through the simulation of different scenarios, the optimization direction of transportation equipment is obtained. Based on the optimization effect of each plan of transportation equipment loading on the emergency epidemic prevention materials reserve and supply system in Shanxi Province, the best optimization plan was obtained. The results show that the efficiency of transportation equipment allocation is improved and the loading capacity of transportation equipment is reasonable and effective. After optimization, the order backlog of each prefecture-level city storage warehouse is reduced, and the order processing time is reduced. The optimization ideas proposed in this paper provide the optimization direction for the emergency epidemic prevention materials reserve and supply system in Shanxi Province, and also have certain guiding significance for how to deal with major public health emergencies.
由于疫情发生的随机性和不确定性,山西省存在应急物资不足、运输设备效率低等问题。为满足山西省物资需求,急需建立设施设备完善的储备供应体系。本文根据山西省 11 个地级市的地理位置和运输设备的实际情况,对各市的仓库建设选址进行了模拟。通过仿真建模,模拟了疫情形势下山西省地级市应急防疫物资储备供应体系。确定了 "模拟-分析-优化-总结 "的研究思路,利用 AnyLogic 软件对山西省全境的应急防疫物资储备供应体系进行了模拟分析。通过对不同方案的模拟,得出运输设备的优化方向。根据运输设备装载各方案对山西省应急防疫物资储备供应系统的优化效果,得出最佳优化方案。结果表明,运输设备配置效率提高,运输设备装载量合理有效。优化后,各地级市储备仓库订单积压减少,订单处理时间缩短。本文提出的优化思路为山西省应急防疫物资储备供应体系提供了优化方向,同时对如何应对重大突发公共卫生事件具有一定的指导意义。

Formulation of an Ideal Solid Oxide Fuel Cell 设计理想的固体氧化物燃料电池

Principles of transport phenomena and chemical/ electrochemical reaction kinetics were employed to develop the formulation for the prediction of fuel (e.g., ) and oxidant (e.g., ) mole fraction profiles in the porous anode and cathode electrodes of an ideal solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC). The ideal SOFC is composed of the porous anode, , which is the cermet of metallic nickel and yttria-stabilized zirconia and the porous cathode, , which is the strontium-doped lanthanum manganite. A thin film of the yttria-stabilized zirconia is the solid electrolyte separating the cell electrodes. The cell anode-side fuel and cathode-side oxidant supply compartments are continuously stirred to maintain constant concentrations of fuel and oxidant in them. The relevant analytical formulation as well as the numerical data computed is presented. The current calculated data show a non-linear decrease, associated with the coupled effect of diffusion and consumption, in the mole fractions of hydrogen and oxygen in the porous electrodes with an increase in the distance from the reactant supply compartments towards the cell electrolyte separator.
