TÓM TẮTTrong những năm 1975 - 1995, cách mạng Việt Nam cùng một lúc đối diện với nhiều vấn đề, thử thách tưởng chừng khó thể vượt qua. Sự bao vây cô lập, cấm vận khắc nghiệt của quốc tế, đứng đầu là những nước lớn cộng với việc thực hiện chính sách đối ngoại có phần thiếu linh hoạt, không sát với thực tiễn tình hình cách mạng đã khiến cho Việt Nam chịu nhiều thiệt hại và lâm vào tình cảnh vô cùng khó khăn, hiểm nguy. Nội dung bài viết góp phần chỉ rõ thực trạng cách mạng Việt Nam kể từ sau năm 1975 đến khi phá thế bao vây cô lập, cấm vận hoàn toàn năm 1995. Đồng thời, kết quả nghiên cứu cũng cho thấy những hoạt động chủ động, tích cực, nỗ lực của Việt Nam nhằm phá thế bao vây cô lập, cấm vận để tiến vào dòng chảy hội nhập toàn cầu. The encirclement and isolation, the harsh international embargo led by the great countries, combined with the somewhat inflexible foreign policy implementation, and not close to the reality of the revolutionary situation made Vietnam Nam suffered a lot of damage and fell into an extremely difficult and dangerous situation. The content of the article contributes to clarifying the current situation of the Vietnamese revolution since 1975 until the breakup of encirclement and isolation, and embargo in 1995. At the same time, the research results also show the proactive and active activities and efforts of Vietnam to break the encirclement and isolation, and embargo to enter the flow of global integration.
