A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data from 1,168 Chinese university students. The findings of this study indicated a significant positive impact on students’ perception of UES on EI. Additionally, it was observed that PC played a partial mediating role in the relationship between students’ perception of UES and their EI. 摘要
本研究以社会认知理论为基础,探讨了大学生对大学创业支持(UES)的感知对其创业意向(EI)的影响;此外,还研究了心理资本(PC)在大学生对大学创业支持(UES)的感知与创业意向(EI)之间的中介作用。本研究对 1,168 名中国大学生进行了问卷调查。研究结果表明,学生的 UES 感知对 EI 有显著的正向影响。此外,研究还发现,PC 在学生的 UES 感知与他们的 EI 之间起到了部分中介作用。研究结果为大学管理者和教育工作者提供了理论和实证证据,帮助他们提高大学生的教育智能。
